        Jack, the 'sitting, stacking, lighting thing' is now back in itsnatural home with the motto: "it's back -it also comes in black and itstacks." Designed in 1994, Jack was one of Tom's first experiences withplastic. Made by air rotational moulding, with a 5 part tool - theplastic polythene pellets are added into the tool and rotated on alarge machine at a high temperature giving even wall thickness.

        Awarded Millenium Mark status in 1997 by the British government, it isnow part of permanent exhibitions in the V&A and San FranciscoMuseum of Modern Art, US.

        Established in 2002, Tom Dixon is a British design and manufacturingcompany of lighting and furniture. With a commitment to innovation anda mission to revive the British furniture industry, the brand isinspired by our nation's unique heritage.
