      • Product Description: Meaning 'connosieur' in Hebrew, Maven is the work of French/Israeli designer Yael Salomon.                                                               

        Yael creates sophisticated and timeless jewellery in her signature gold and silver microbeads, always with an eye on purity of form. This collection combines sterling silver  and 12 carat gold fill micro beads.

        Born in France in 1973, Yael Salomon made her first steps in the design field with a one year internship at Balenciaga in 1993 in the artistic direction department after which she moved to Tel-Aviv, Israel, working for an auction house where she immerse herself in the fascinating world of modern and contemporary art.

        Yael has curated jewellery collections for art galleries, working with traditional skills, new techniques, and emerging materials. In 2000 Yael studied at Shenkar Design Academy for four years. Since then she has worked in various design areas, including interior design, retail and industrial design projects.

        In 2011 Yael set up Maven, drawing on her experience to create sophisticated and timeless jewellery in her signature gold and silver micro beads, always with an eye on purity of form.Please note: For reasons of hygiene we are unable to accept the return of pierced jewellery.
