Rosamund Fowler is an illustrator living and working in the beautiful South Downs National Park, England, the surrounding countryside provides the inspiration for her designs.
Wood engraving is a long-established ‘relief print’ method – after drawing the design on a specially prepared wood block, it is carefully engraved using traditional tools. Each print is then individually printed by hand from this single original block using an antique Farley press.
  
Rosamund Fowler graduated from Edinburgh College of Art. She is a professional illustrator who now specialises in wood engraving and printmaking and regularly exhibits in this medium.
